Back to "Normal"

It seems that a couple of weeks goes along way in getting back to normal..... or rather our normal. Eric has been getting home around 6ish and we get to eat together and play with the kids together and all kinds of fun stuff like that. Everyone is enjoying seeing him again.

Zayne is gearing up for baseball and has played two games. Because of the rain a few of them have been cancelled though. It is fun watching him play. He got offensive player of the game for having two hits and an RBI last game. He is even doing some pitching which makes me nervous!! He has had a long week this week having to take the Taks/ test for two days now, but he said he is confident he did well. I never thought any different.

Zeke is playing, playing, playing. He is dragging every toy we own out and playing with them all hours of the day. The house looks like a toy store exploded in it most of the time but I don't mind because he is having so much fun. You gotta love a kid who actually plays with their toys. He is so sweet, I can't even tell you.

Shiloh is growing and changing so much. I will be taking her in for her 6 month visit soon. She is now rolling over very effectively and has learned that if she screams when you take something away she will get it right back! She loves, as most babies do, to play with things that are not actually toys. You know like the remote and the telephone and she loves to play with Eric's ball caps. All the hair she had when she was born has fallen out and been replaced with little short hairs and her eyes are still blue for the time being. I am not sure if they will stay that way or not.

Dad and Lesa were able to come see us last weekend and we all had good time. They were able to see Z-man play baseball and the kids were excited to see them. We just hung out at the house and around town. It was a good visit and I am glad they got to come.

I just wanted to fill everyone in on some of the happenings 'round here. I hope ya'll have a great week.
