I hate it that my most favorite time of the year is followed by my LEAST favorite time of the year....TAX SEASON! I would prefer just to skip straight through January, February, March and April. But since I can't do that I am going to try to focus on the positives. Here is my list:
My kids -- I do not want to wish away time because I love every second with them! (Even when everyone needs something at once and I don't remember which way is up)
Basketball -- Zayne will be starting to play games in a couple of weeks and I love watching him play.
I am not going to be teaching Wednesday night Church -- this is such a relief because it is so hard to get everybody in and out on a weeknight, especially without Eric's help.
I get to celebrate Valentine's day with a bunch of smelly fourth graders and a bunch of wild three year olds at the boys' parties.
The weekends -- need I say more.
The Superbowl --always fun even though the Cowboys are not playing.
Spring will be here by the time tax season is over.
Visitors -- hint, hint..... maybe I will have some visitors to help break up the season!
Health -- Eric's health is good now and I know he will remain healthy and strong throughout this tough time of year. At least that is what I want all of you to pray for!
I have all I need -- a house, a car, and food in the pantry, and a God who provides whatever I need. Like patience, sleep, patience, peace, patience, strength, patience......
Toni and Charlie-- Since they have moved here, tax season is much more bearable!
A husband willing to work so very hard for his family!
Well, I am feeling more optimistic already!!!!!!!!! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!!!!
