It's Been a While

I know, I know, I haven't been on in a while! But it is not because I do not have anything to tell you about. I do, in fact. Soon I will be telling you all about Zayne's open house that I went to and about how Shiloh has begun sampling solid food. I have pictures and everything. And of course I have a few stories about Mr. Zeke who is never dull. Then of course there is Spring Break to tell about but that will all come.

Right now we are in the last leg of tax season and all though the end is near, this is always the hardest part. I think that there is about three weeks left and instead of Eric's workload getting smaller, it seems to be growing. He has a lot to do in a little amount of time. I do not understand how he does it all. As for myself and the kids, we are gearing up for the spring which always brings on more activities. Zayne will be starting baseball soon and has already begun practicing.

I think we are both pretty tired and anxious for it to be over but until then........well.....it will not be too much fun. Especially for Eric. So please pray, we always need that. Our energy reserves are low. Eric worked late Saturday night and didn't come home until after midnight. I waited up for him so we were both tired Sunday morning and were not feeling like going to Church. In the end though, Church prevailed, because it wasn't like we could sleep in since the kids were already up. At least they can go to Sunday School and Shiloh was tended to by her Granny. So Eric and I sat for an hour and listened to a great sermon and sang great songs and of course had coffee for breakfast! I am glad we went.

Now that spring break is over, we are getting back to our normal routine. It is time to hunker down and get through the next three weeks. I am getting excited to have Eric back!
